US Arms Abilene 44 mag. Got One?

If'n you own a US Arms Abilene or Seville 44 mag, Can you measure your barrel outside Diameter please?

My 4 5/8" barrel Abilene is .845.

I think short barrel(4 5/8") might have heavier/larger Diameter barrels than the longer barrel models

I have 2 that 7.5 inches long and .720 diameter.

Thanks riorider, Another guy has a Riverhead gun and says his is .780

My newly acquired Abilene 4 5/8" seemed heftyer than I thought it would be but maybe not bad, I used my trigger pull gauge to weight the whole gun and weights 42oz.

I had an AIG Abilene 44 mag with the 4 5/8 barrel and it was nearly an inch OD with a deep crown. It was one of the guns sold from the Grits Gresham estate. I think all of the short 44's had heavy barrels.
