In my quest to find a perfect jacket for the 338 project I have found yet another case that will work very well but agian it is a bit expensive compared to the 223 rem possiblity.
So here I have the 300 grain .338 SMK bullet next to my .328 sized and derimed jacket formed from teh 357mag, the standard 357 mag case, a 308 comercial jacet and the 308 jacket sized down to .255 for use in my upcoming 264 project. Added the commercial case in the pic to show that anything can be used and reduced in size if need be to work for other caliber bullet jackets. Of course I will have to trim the commercial jacket now as it is too long for any normal weight 6.5 bullets.
