View Full Version : accurate mold bolts

anyone know the size of the allen wrench for the bolts that hold the handles on accurates molds, I have several sets but none that I have fit and I would rather not drag the mold from store to store looking for the right size if I can help it any help would be appreciated, thanks

I don't know, I'll check when I get home, but I'm certain they're a "standard" or fractional size, not metric. I have several sets of standard folding allen sets around the reloading room, and several of them have worked for my Accurate moulds. A tip: DON'T overtighten the screws, it will bow the blocks by pinching the sides together. Just barely snug is plenty. Don't ask me how I know.

I e-mailed Tom yesterday, He must be busy but I figured it out with the help of a friendly hardware clerk who let me open a sealed package. the magic size is 9/64 but thanks anyway Gear
