That is lead-free solder, so you don't want to use it.
Try to find 50/50 or 60/40 solder - first number is % Tin, second is % Lead.

Clip on WW is typically 0.5% Tin, 2% Antimony, 97.5% Lead
Stick on WW is typically 0-0.5% Tin, 99.5% Lead

Clip on WW is good to go as-is.
If you mix pure lead and Clip on WW lead together, then you might need to add some solder to get the Tin % back up. People usually add 1 oz of 50/50 solder for every ten lbs of Pure/WW mix.

Lead free solder is 96.5% tin. What's wrong with that? Is it the copper, or the silver?

Is it? It didn't say what it was in the link.
If it's that high in Tin, then the other components will be insignificant.

It says silver solder on that site.
An expensive way to buy tin IMO. You can buy bar tin from Rotometals cheaper.

yep it is expensive if you have to buy it. I get gifts of it from time to time and yes it is very high in tin content. Good way to get tin if you can. Dennis

I get some solder from my plumber friends that is 97% tin, 3% cu (copper i think), and it seems to work well.

I've bought a lot of solder from ebay. Usually 60/40 or 63/37.

Most is overpriced, but every once in a while you get a good deal if you catch an auction that slips under the radar. :) You just have to patient and shop on a regular basis. Only bid on the good deals.

I bought a bunch of acid core 50/50 from a guy a few months ago that worked out to be about $2.20/lb.
