A buddy has given me a bunch of wheel weights and has access to more but was wondering if I could make him some "Texas Rig em" duck decoy weights/sinkers. Here's what they look like: Kind of like a small football with holes through it for the line to go through.

Looks like all you need is an egg sinker mold. They are available up to 16 oz or so. Then you would just need to rig them on light cord or heavy mono and add a heavy duty snap. Unless I'm missing something.

The website describes the 'anchor' this way...
"the main anchor sinker is a 4 oz egg shaped slip sinker,we can add a 2,3 or 5 oz egg sinkers or a longer line just contact us for a price quote."

Here is a webpage with egg sinker moulds...all the way up to 16 ounces.
