A the beginning of last month I bought a mold for my 45 auto from Tom at Accurate Molds. This morning was the first chance I have had to get out and shoot some of the boolets I have cast with it and I am very pleased with it.
I did notice something that I thought was different but maybe you all have seen or experienced this before.
I loaded the bullet to a COL of 1.200 and started with 5.2 grains of Unique then I loaded some in the middle range and a few more at the max load of 5.7
The interesting thing is was that both the minimum and max loads shot really well but the mid range loads did not do as well.
What do you all think, is that normal?
