Well, I may have defecated in my chili con carne y frijoles !

I bought a BrazTech Rossi '92 .45 Colt 24" bbl, and I'm getting VIDEO EYEBALL
Trying to read trough all the threads with the search function. So I'm gonna ask before I go Blind or overdose on caffeine.:coffee:

Anyone know the twist? I can't find the spec on their web site.

I have RCBS 45- 255, Lee 452-255-RF and 452-252-SWC. ,that I shoot from a NM Balckhawk, anyone used these in a Rossi rifle?

All input greatly appreciated

Measure the twist. Equip a cleaning rod with proper jag and tight fitting patch that will follow the rifling. Run the rod nearly through the barrel then apply a clothes pin to the rod at the muzzle. Withdraw the rod and observe the clothespin. When the pin has completed one complet revolution, measure from the pin to the barrel. That is your twist rate.

I have used the lee 255 RF in my Rossi and currently use the Lyman 454190. They both work ok. Any of the bullets you use in you Blackhawk should be OK in trhe Rossi.

i've done the same thing with the cleaning rod, but i use a short piece of electric tape to make a flag. a clothes pin may move or turn on you. but the molds you have will work just fine, just slug your bore, cause some of those are oversized. and size .001- .002 thou. over groove dia. and you should be fine.

I can't help with the .45 Colt twist but the .357 is 1 in 30".

I shoot the Lee 255 fast or slow, it shoots really well with either.
