Even if you could finda bullet that large, don't go to 500 grain in .416... it's unnecessary... it will break you and your gun.
The RCBS 350 grain is a wonderful bullet with a heafty meplat and a slap factor not far from a 45-70. I have beautiful Ruger #1 in .416 Rem Mag with a factory upgraded wood... I've not shot it since it was returned ... er...uh .. maybe 10 years ago... it's just too danged pretty. One of these days I'll find a similar beauty in a Rigby.
I've not needed the .416, as pigs and cedar trees fall well enough to a 45-70.

Dan (The Bullshop) has a 350gr WFN mold and I use those boolits in my 405 Win. If you want boolits contact him.

I guess if you are shooting in a .416 Barrett or Lapua, a 500 gr. might be considered. I use the RCBS mould that pls1911 speaks of for my .416 Taylor and it performs really well, even though it took a lot of types of powder and power weight conbinations to get it to do so. However, I now have it shooting 1 1/2" lower, with the same windage position @ 100 yds as my 400gr. jacketed bullet' impact with, of course, abut 300-400 fps less velocity and milder recoil.
