Although not a max load try 28 grs of 296 with a fed sr primer @1450 fps from a revolver .
My revolvers will group as good as 1/2 inch 5 shot groups at 50 yards with a scope.
higher charge weights of 296 are also accurate up to 32 grs but 28 grs is enough for regular pratice. i have the LBT 300 gr gc lfn bullet mould

32.5 296 behind a 300gr LBT LFN. It is the only load I shoot out of my FA and Encore. It clocks 1759fps out of my 7 1/2" FA, and shoots into 1 1/2" @ 100 through my Encore.

29.5 gr of Lil'Gun and a 300 gr. Lee boolit do pretty good for me, but the 300 gr RCBS does a bit better.
