I got a lee 309-120r for Christmas and will use it mostly for my 30carb. Would like your most accurate loads for this combo.

Thanks

Start with around 11gr. of 4227, 13gr. is about max. H110 and W296 work well also.

I started with 14 grains of Lilgun pushing a SAECO 302 125 grain Gas Checked bullet and I've never tried anything else, because it worked so well. Sized .311", these will outshoot my SKS (with Wolf Ammo) at 200m!

I don't have my reloading notes with me, but the little Lee 309-120R "soup can" with gas check installed and either 2400 or H110 are my favorite loads in my 1942 Underwood Typewriter .30 US Carbine. The H110 powder is slightly better than 2400 because it gives a slightly higher velocity with slightly lower pressure. My lot of H110 is actually H115 and burns a grunt hair slower than H110. The .30 carbine is not known for being especially accurate but I get my best accuracy of about 3 m.o.a. with the slower powders like H110 and H115, but 2400 is totally acceptable.

DON'T size to .308, you will get leading, as I found out in the early 80's.
