Question #1

Hello all.
Who else besides the Corbin brothers makes jacket dies .
I talked to Dave and he is out 18 months for a set of dies . I have not talked to Richard all though I waited for a full year to get my walnut hill press and dies from him so I would say he is out there quite a ways with orders .
Any help would be great .

Question #2

Does anyone know who makes large jackets such as .500 .
I want to make some jacketed rounds for my 500 Cyrus.

Thanks again

Richard

Rick those are the only ones I know of outside of doing it yourself or having someone else do it "custom"

I should add that a blanking die and cupping dies are not "impossible" to make. Look at KTN's stuff here. He does very nice work.

RR:

Would dies to make jackets made from copper tubing suffice? If so, send me a PM.

RANGER RICK:

Larry Blackmon dies are respected in the benchrest world. Use the phone to get intouch with him. He is a dentist and makes dies and gas checks as a side business.
