I have read about them but I can not find one. Any ideas where I might find one?

The reloader's reference software that I did awhile back has one in it.

Homer was a right smart guy, smart enough to know his own limitations. His internal ballistics equations are the basis for most if not all the software load calculators around today. Powley's slide rule is amazingly accurate, but not perfectly so and it is usable ONLY with IMR single-base rifle propellants loaded to about 50,000 psi. Actually, that's what they THOUGHT was psi back then. Today, we'd more correctly label it as 50,000 CUP because the two are not interchangeable.

Powley's Computer is best thought of as an interesting artifact rather than a reliable load predictor. It is no better but not much worse than software load predictors - in which I have very little faith.

I'm with Rocky on this one! I've got one and have had it for several years. It's better than a SWAG, but not much. I've built several BIG cased wildcats over the years and have had Prowley's computer give me a decent STARTING load most times, but every once in awhile it's FIREWORKS!!!!!
