Ran across a deal on Alliant E3 at the funshow today.

I realize that there's no data, but I've learned that that's not always a huge challenge.

I'm loading 9mm boolits 120gr and 147 Lyman molds.

Any idea where to start? I'm using wolf primers

thanks

I would treat it as Bullseye,700x,Red dot. E3 is fast! In the 12 ga. it duplicates 700x exactly.

Per Alliant Technician, e3 can be thought of as Bulky Reddot. You can use reddot starting loads by WEIGHT only as vmd is very different for the two powders. I was told the reason no handgun data was available for e3 was that it didnt meter well because of the large granules so wasnt appropriate to most progressive loaders.

I appreciate the guidance. I may use it in something other than 9mm
