Any source for 22 LR mold(s) (no GC) and dies would be appreciated.
Just gifted myself with :holysheep 5000 primed empty 22 LR cases and plan to load black powder reloads for a JM Ballard 22 LR
Thanks for looking

I think this came up on the forum a couple years ago. Somebody will come along with a web adress or phone number I'm sure soon. Somebody out there must cut a heeled boolit suitable for the 22lr...but not a common item I am sure.

If all else fails, Lee will make you one.

There's a group buy on a 34 gr plain base boolit at below link.

You are going to need a shellholder also!

I know that Bernie at Old West Bullet Molds has a couple of molds cut with a long shank for a heel. I think both of them are kinda heavy though, as I believe one is a copy of the heavy 60 gr Aguila bullet.

Heeled bullet i would presume? Dia. of main body to be ,2225 or so? A swedge may be the way to go and reform a standard GC bullet like the 225438.

my 2 cents anyhow.

NEI 224-39 It is a GC design but the shank should fit into the case. I saw it on another websit (can't remember which one) where the author was giving instructions on reloading a 22 rimfire.

The NOE 37gr group buy is a dead ringer for this boolit also.
