there was a white one hit by a car just north of Wis. Rapids the other day DNR claimed the deer.

I liked that Hiram. I would love to see them in the winter snow. I'm a hunter but that is an exceptional happening in nature.

When I was a kid a guy in town shot an albino muley. It was mostly white with a couple brown spots. It was magnificent looking. Needless to say, he took it to the taxidermist.

Honestly, I might think twice about taking one if I ever came across one while hunting. One part of me says it is so unique that I can find a different one to shoot. The other side of me says that if I don't take it, someone else will.

It's illegal to shoot an albino or piebald deer here in TN.
Some state senator had one in his backyard and thought it was cute.
Of course, such things are a genetic abberation and white fawns don't last long because they are quite easily spotted by predators.
More sound game management from our state government.
At least no elected official has seen a coyote pup in his yard.
