Scored a brand new, never fired Lee Enfield No4 barrel ex BSA today for a very respectable price. Bore is crisp, sharp and bright.

It's begging for some WW bullets.

Good score! I have a nice DCRA barrel in storage for some unknown project down the road. Made a great find on a Parker Hale prototype L something or another (sniper-police?) barrel and that one is currently on my No.4 Mk 1/2. No bayonet lugs on this one. Thats what I love about cast boolit shooting, no barrel wear.

Yeah I reckon I'll have to live to about 160yrs old to wear out both barrels with lead boolits travelling at moderate velocities. :-) Mick.
