Old Lee Challenger press

Does anybody know if an old Lee challenger press can be used with the safety prime tool?

No. There are no holes on top to mount the prime, and more importantly no primer arm in the ram to seat the primers. You can pick up the new Breech Lock Challenger for around $45.
