I bought me a new Lee 358 125 rf, 6 hole with handles, to feed my 357 Taurus Tracker and GF's 38. I will be shooting mostly 38 loads.
On opening mold box I find a sticker that says," Inspected by Lucille, over an American flag, and Made in USA at the bottom".
On first look over I think Lucille might have good eyesight. Mold halves fit together good, no light seepage, cavities are clean and crisp.
Handles should have been inspected by Lucille. They look good ,but are loose as a goose. No problem.
Pot is warming up as I type. Time to cast a few, and see if "leementing" is needed.
I'm impressed.

3 grains of bullseye in a .38 case makes a really nice light plinker with that bullet.

Enjoy!

Good to hear that they implemented a quality control segment.

The 3 grain of Bullseye is a great recommendation. I usually load 2.8. Anything less than that really needs a filler due to powder position, ie LOTS of velocity variance.

I don't have BE. I was planning on using Unique, 231, 2400, Universal clays.
I am using a Lyman laddle and can start at the front and pour one continuous stream and get them all filled in one dip.

Average weight is 132gr (wdww +1% tin) size is .360x.361 you couldn't ask for better from a 6 cavity mold for $40.00.:drinks:
I will polish with Crest to make them fall free.
