Go to eabco.com. Appears to be a top of the line item.

Should be .308". I have a 357mag one. Hammer broke, never got it fixed. Mine was also a BF, made IIRC, by Bert Stringfellow, a guy in IHMSA. Think EAB bought it from him. Before you buy it, if you are planning on it, make sure EAB will work on it/has parts.
Something in the back of my mind says that a few things were changed and parts for the EAB guns, at least some of them, won't fit the old BF guns.

As I recall EAB states that their 32-20 is in .308.

I have a Contender 10" in 32-20 and it is also 308 diam. I love it. Way more flexible than the classic .312 and of all my Contender barrels including the 22 match, it is by far the most accurate at 40m.

Shooter6br,

Did you get it?

Just now saw this thread. I have one....early 3 digit ser# built by Bert.
Tolerances are tight, bore is small....groove is .3067. Chamber is tight...biggest boolit I can chamber is around .30it's 85.

Shoots great....a tack driver!

Never shot it much though, always shot the Merrills aka... XL pistol.

You might PM JSH. He has one just about like it, and shoots it extremely well as a US gun in IHMSA silhouette with cast bullets. That doesn't sound like too bad a price.

Did get an E mail, Seems the gun uses .308 bullets and is throated for lighter bullets ( 85 g) Used Contenter would probsably be better for me.
