Yes, I use it all the time instead of red dot. Cheap, works great. The website claims its the same speed when used by weight. I agree. Been through a few pounds.

I tryed it .
I got WAY more velosity varainces with the shotgun than I did with Red Dot
They "CLAIM" that it can be loaded WEIGHT for weight as Red Dot .
Then I talked to Alliant about it
It is reprocessed powder that didn't meet spec , in it's original form
It may have started out as Unique or , Green Dot or even Blue Dot........... Ect
I didn't understand how they reprocessed it even after he explained it to me [smilie=b:
I tryed it out on the scale
It may work OK if you weigh it out
But I got some vairyances in thrown charges with all 3 powder measures and several shotshell bushings .
Then I tryed another 8 lb jug with a different lot #
The same shotshell powder bushing threw almost 1 full grain more with the new lot
So FYI , watch out for lot to lot varainces
I would weigh thrown charges regulary , not just the first few and the last few like I do .
Also I would never try to run max loads with it , IMO to much varainces in even a single jug
