Yes, you may be able to get replacement 4 cavity handles from Ballisticast.

There are other handles that may also fit, I think someone here makes a set a replacement Lyman handles that can be adapted to fit.

I have not done it but have come across two or three modified moulds this way.

The absolute best way to get a set of handles that work is to buy another 4 cavity mould with handles and switch the blocks between the one set of H&G handles.

One of my H&G handles, from a 4 cav., is a bit skinny compared to the others. Was there some differences in their production? Last I looked the Ballisticast handles were going for $40 +shipping.

Yes, there are two versions of Hensley & Gibbs 4 cavity handles.
