So I have been thinking about making a low buck suppressor and i live in az and the new laws are favorable to this type of stuff without having much interferrence from the atf. Anyone know if i made one would it be legal, or can i produce them legaly with being a gunsmith with a class 3??????:Fire:

An individual can build for their personal use on a form 1. Still costs 200 bucks

The new Arizona law has not been tested in court. Being the defendant in the test case will be expensive and risky and cost more than the $200 tax .
