I have a bunch of 296 in older cans it looks fine & I still use it but I can see I have why more then I will use is $12.50 a can a fair price and what about shipping it?" UPS and hazmat fee's? or can a private person even ship it?

My understanding is that a private person cannot ship powder. I believe you would have to sell it FTF.

F.W.I.W. ....$12.50 a pound is bit better than fair. Dealer wholesale price at Graf's is $16.99# before haz mat and shipping so make that more like $17.99 delivered.
