SPEER - shot capsules

I've come across a heap of speer .38/357 shot capsules (with shot). Does anyone have the loading data that comes with them. Im wondering if they'd be best seated all the way in (wadcutter style) or not

The .38/.357 shot capsules are loaded to an overall length of 1.5". They suggest 4.5 grs of Bullseye or 5.5 grs of Unique.

I recommend the finest shot you can find (my favored size is #12). #9 is next best. What you want is the tightest pattern possible and that comes with the finer shot.
