Well, I'm picking up a 25-06 this week, and need to find a mold for some bullets... anyone have any suggestions?

Check out the current Group buys. The .25cal mould on the go right now will be perfect.

I requested and Blammer designed a .25 heavy that would fit my coming .25 Kraig AI, essentially a rimmed 25-06. It's available in 100 and 120gr in the same mold - and I would assume you would want it GC'ed.

Look for the 25 Heavy post by Blammer in the Open Group Buy section.

I use both the lyman 257418 98grains and the 257464 89grains. I currently shoot better tha moa grp with the 89 grain using 18gr of 2400. The 98 grain I am still working on. I am sure there are others that shoot better with these. but these suit me. They carry out very well to 200 yards. The grb buy looks good , for paper punching I dont need it, have you slugged the barrell, bullet fit is very important. Mine likes them at .258.

barrel slugs at .258, shoots 1/2 inch holes at 200 with J-words, but really want to cut down on price and find a mold so i can shoot cast. Have been looking at the rcbs 82016, which is a .257 120 grain, which is nice, since i'd prefer to shoot about 115-117 grain bullets for target and hunting applications.. Anyone have any experience with this mold?

molds that I know of for 25 caliber are the group buy that Blammer is running
115 grain by LBT mold also makes 90, 100,117 molds
65 grain by lyman
I also have a 80 grain by lee in a 6 cavity that you can't get anymore they don't make molds that small caliber anymore.

The RCBS one does make nice boolits. Drop from mine at 125gr with straight WW.

Will the RCBS mold stabalise in a 1-12 twist?. Pat

Dont think so.

Boolit is 1.023 in length. If I remember right, that needed like 1/9.

I bought the mold brand new without checking my gun. I tried it in my 257RBTS with a 1/14 twist and got 15" groups at 50yds with the boolits hitting the target sideways.

Now I have to buy a new gun so I have a use for this mold.
