Is the follower for an intermediate Mauser (M48, 1922 Brazilian, etc) the same as a K98?

How about the 93-96 Mausers? They trigger guard is the same length as the intermediate Mausers, I believe.

I'm thinking the 93-96 and the M48 have the same trigger guard , so the followers and springs and maybe the entire group is interchangeable.

The 1893, 1895 and 1896 Mausers do indeed have the same LENGTH BETWEEN GUARD SCREWS.

But that doesn't mean the magazine box is the same length. Matter o'fact the Swede '96 has a longer magazine box due to the longer COAL with the original m/94 156 gr RN bullet. This is why a '93 Mauser barreled action will set down into a Swede stock set but there'll be gaps. But the distance between the guard screws is the same so everything will tighten down and can be functional to a degree. The '96 Swede will not set down into a '93 stock set. Been there, tried that.

I'd have to dig through Kuhnhausen's book to get into Yugo triggerguards and it's 1:52am <yawn>.
