Finally got it home! Now to load a few 400's since the ones I loaded for my SRH are a bit long. I see why Lee put 2 crimp grooves on there!

Hated to put the ad up there, but his pics are better than mine will be.

That's a really nice piece, tek! I remember when Jack was building that one! You will be well served!

very nice! i often contenplated doing one about the same with an aluminum grip frame and a 4 or 4 5/8s barrel for a lightweight packer.

It will end up 4 5/8 before it is over! And probably with S&W sights, either by Jack or by Dave Clements.

Well here it is. Problem though. It shoots high, and will need a taller front sight. Here is the 2nd and 3rd shots at 25. The first two didn't hit the box, so I lowered the target and got these 2. Looks like it will be a shooter and the windage will be correct when I center the front.

I called Jack Huntington and he said the front sight was a warranty issue and he would gladly replace it :)..... But I have to ship it there :(

So, to make up for my time without, I think I will have him cut it to 4" or maybe 4 5/8" and install J-frame adjustable sights to it.

And then he said something about a 5 shot 480 in a mid-frame Flattop!! Oh my!
