I ordered 2 molds from Ranch Dog
For reasons beyond his controll
1 of the molds will be delayed

Not only dose it apear he is going to eat the extra shipping
But he sent me this

Yep, that is customer service at it's best.

I just sent out an "E" to some friends today on that subject. Couple of local business and the impressions they leave.

One which appears - first impressions ya know - to be a good one and the other to which I will probably never go and one which I also warned the friends about.

Thanks about passing the good word about Ranch Dog molds.

WE all have our "off Days" but that sounds like a good place to do business with!

Every dealing I have had with Mike at Ranch Dog Outdoors has been totally top drawer. I am about one year into my cast bullet business and needed one of his molds for a large order. Mike sent me the mold with the provision to pay for it when the order was paid for. Cant do better than that.

BTW, He got paid quickly
