I need a mold made for a 22 cal air rifle. It may take a couple tries due to shrink of beeswax and carnauba wax. Why couldn't I or someone else drill a (guess on size) .221-.222 size hole in an old beat up mold for a .218 wax bullet.

Anybody out there, of course i will pay for everything.

We could start with a single cavity off to one side of an old mold that is no good anymore. Problem is, I'm not a machinist, I'm lucky I can read a caliper and a micrometer.

Maybe start with a smaller hole and it can be made bigger if needed right. .220.. also a small hole going out the bottom for good air escape.

Anybody up for an easy project. I'm sure i could make it worth your while.

If your only doing wax go to a plastic/hobby shop and make a plastic mould. Should cost you about $25.

Since I've found Glue boolits to be less then sucessful this is on my list to compete with them. A resin boolit will be harder/heavier too.
