Lyman returned my mold...

On Sat. I got back my Lyman #314299 mold that I had sent them a month previous. I sent the mold back as it cast oval shaped bullets that were 313" if I held my mouth right. I sent samples of the bullets cast in 3 different alloys to show there was no difference. I got the mold back with the work order that had the mold re-drilled. There were 2 sample cast bullets included that measured .314" any way I measured them. They even sent back my samples. Maybe there are some people at Lyman trying to do things right?Robert[smilie=w:

Awesome! I have heard a lot of complaining about Lyman customer service, it is good
to hear about a good result. I hope they can keep up good service and maybe improve
their quality, although I'm not certain that they have dropped. My only real NEW Lyman
hasn't been cast with yet, so I can't add any personal data. Many have complained about
undersized, but if they sell 10,000 molds in a year (I have no idea how many they sell) and
only 2% are bad, that is still 200 molds that would have unhappy owners.
