Lymans Big Dipper Casting Furnace

Just wondering if anyone has had any experience with this 10lb dipper furnace? Pros / Cons?

Just started using it this week, worked out fine. For a big amount obviously it would not be my 1st choice but for smaller batches like I am doing, 3-4 lbs of ingots for 300 boolits production it works fine.

I got one when they first came out....should have known by the price.....MADE IN CHINA. All I use it for is as a feeder pot and for sprues and rejects. At least Lee is American made as is the outstanding Waage pot.
