AA2700/DP79 vs. H380

Is this stuff all pretty much the same powder? The last batch of Special Ball from Pat's Reloading was a dead ringer for canistered H380 and I like to know if it's equivalent to AA2700/DP79.

MJ; all three lots of AA2700 I have used were all slightly faster than canister H380 and special ball, never have tried the data powder of that speed. The others are all very similar in appearance, performance and speed- although not identical.
