Caswell has a do it yourself kit.

Do a search on Google for electroplating.

there's a place in Paduka, Kentucky that we used some years ago, they were the premeir platers around. can't remember the name but maybe someone in that neck of the woods might know. not sure spelling is right. they could plate anything, specialy aluminum.

I only know of Brown's Plating in Paducah, Ky. They are known for they're chrome plating though. Wouldn't hurt to call them and ask if do brass plating as well. Phone#(270) 554-1146. If they do brass like they do chome you will be happy.

Everett

You would probably be beter off with gold plating ,the brass will tarnish where as the gold won't .The price difference is not much, the money is in the labor not the materials.

cheers
Pete

There's one thing you will never hear come out of a cajun's mouth... "Spell it like it sounds"

Aluminum is first copper plated. I once w*rked at a place that had some aluminum parts that they ultimately had chrome plated. But they had to be first copper plated then nickel or chrome.

I once w*rked with a Thibodaux. We called him Dippy Doo.

Pick up a copy of Hemmings Motor news. There are a ton of platers advertising therein.
