.30 cal Ideal/Lyman Gas Checks

I traded someone I knew a ford wheel for 2k of these in 2 seperate boxes. The price tag reads $2.79 and the label says Lyman gunsight corp. Pretty neat. Can I, should I use them?

the boxes are probley worth more than the checks. put the boxes on flea-bay, they will buy anything. :)
