YOKE SCREW (Includes
parts #48 and #49)
48........YOKE RETAINING PIN
SPRING
49........YOKE RETAINING PIN

Put the pin and spring in backwards no is jammed. Taurus sending a new one but all they had in stock was blue. Any suggestions how to get the thing out. tried every tiny tool i have.

Sorry I can't help. Never worked on that. Does it need a spanner?

Sir, if you mean that you put the spring in before the plunger , can you get the side plate off? can you reach with a dental pick?

Are the parts in the gun and the yoke in as well? Which model of taurus is it?

Yeah, if it is a plunger and spring setup. the plunger goes in first.
Wish I had one to look at.
I have had S&W's here that had too long a screw and locked the yoke if tightened. (New guns that never had any screws out.) I have never worked on a Taurus. Nobody I know buys them.
