I recently acquired a Lyman 429640 Devastator mould to go with my older 429640 flat-nosed version. I was able to cast some of each this weekend. The hollow point will take a bit of patience. I had about a 10% reject rate due to the nose not being fully formed. I'm pretty sure it was the initial bullets as the mould came up to temperature. I cast them out of a fairly soft alloy with 5% tin to help fill out the mould better.
The hollow points weigh in at 263 grains with the gas-check installed and the flat-nose came in right as 283 grains.
