everyone has a mold for barrel and throat slugs

Using a fired unsized case with mouth slightly flared I drilled out the complete primer pocket and inserted a flat head screw a little longer than the case. (you will need to clean the inside of the case real good).
As you can see they come out with a slight taper which helps start the bullet.I tried two diffrent lengths and found that if they are to short theyare a little small so pour a complet case full.

good idea , i use the same idea but i do the same thing using a small socket from an old socket set and when they are still warm i roll the slugs between two pieces of metal to "round off" the edges.:twisted::mrgreen::twisted:
