Stock cartridge sleeve and sling swivels?

Does anyone know where I can find some STAINLESS sling swivels for my puma 454? I can find blued ones that mount to the magazine tube all day, but not in stainless. (Yes I know I am being pickey) I am also looking for a cartridge sleeve designed for pistol cartridges. There are ones for long rifle cartridges out there but I have not seen one for pistol length other than custom leather ones that go for $70 and more. Anyone have any suggestions?

I've never seen stainless swivels. These are about as close to it as I've seen.

I guess I should have been a little more clear. I am looking for the clamp that attaches to the magazine tube, then the sling swivel attaches to that.
