Can you use a countersink? You may need to add a little diameter to the pilot so it is a snug fit. Tape would probably work.
How muck do you need to remove? The crane/yoke & cylinder bearings/shims are both .002" so it should only be .001" you need to remove. Looks like another option is their hammer boss tool and yoke sleeve tool. Likely for .001" you could make an arbor to use a diamond dremel wheel BY HAND to remove the .001". On mine I just go with .001" clearance v/s having to remove material since it's still much tighter than without the shims.
Not much, just a little turn to straighten out.
This would be a practical tool to have, got a bunch of S&W:s to examine & fix if needed.
Try here (http://powercustom.com/) they might be able to help you out.

Perhaps one could use a Forster case trimmer cutter with an appropriately sized neck turning guide spud? That's sorta what the cutter part looks like to me. Just spitballing a possibility here......
An old Cherokee was teaching his grandson about life. "Inside me two wolves fight," he told the boy.
"One is evil - he is anger, envy, greed, arrogance, self-pity, resentment, lies, false pride, and ego. The other is good - he is joy, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, generosity, truth and faith. The same fight is inside you - and every other person, too."
The grandson thought for a minute and asked,"Which wolf will win?"
The old Cherokee replied, "The one you feed."
Back when I had somewhere around 100 S&W Model 10's for base security, we used a 4" barrette file to carefully trim yokes. That is until I got fed up and ordered one of the tools you linked from Brownell's.
It did make life easier, but a file did work.
