    Another what is it

    These are dies I haven’t seen before. Couldn’t resist. Got a whole box of these. This is a 22 hornet set.

    they are sizers if I am not mistaken.. but cant see the inside, and there are few details..

    Skunk1 you have nothing to apologize for, this old stuff can be a head scratcher at time. There is a post in the swaging forum where a guy has a pile of old dies, seaters, swaging dies and trying to sort out what he has. It soon becomes an interesting exercise in wild guessing.

    After some research, I see my chances of owning one of these presses is like winning the lottery. Worse than buying a Hollywood. Looks like good auction material to get in the hands of someone who can use it. I like old stuff but not having the press kinda defeats the purpose of use or display.

    They are out there, but you have to keep a really close eye on eBay.

    The last one I got came from a collectors show in Denver, even then the guy who owned it didn't understand what it was.
