    No Sir these are the old Lyman/Ideal shell resizer dies. They are hand died meant to be used with a mallet or with an arbor press. I believe they were used in conjunction with the 310 tong tool when brass had been fired too many times and expanded too far as to not want to chamber with only neck sizing from the 310.
