Before I started to cast my own boolits, I used Missouri Bullet Co. and Dardas Cast Bullets.
MBC (and Dardas) supplies very good commercial boolits, worth the money IMO. The only thing I don't like is the use of super hard crayon-like lube.

All of my loadings (newer load data) is calling for jacketed bullets- - no mention of cast. I'm casting 195gr. Lee SWC's and also have purchased some 220 gr. LD Com. Cast. boolits. Neither of mine are gas check. Anybody recommend any good middle of the road powder (target) loads?
You won't go wrong with Missouri Bullets. Brad has super fast shipping and offers a great product.
Hope this helps.

Good boolits at a great price, fast shipping and at flat rate pricing...can't ask for much more!
If you don't like the hard lube here is a place to get boolits with lube similar in consistency to carnauba Red.

Excellent boolits and might I add some of the best customer service I have ever recieved from any company. Not sure if they changed the lube but I have bought some in the past year and it is a soft beeswax like consistency blue colored lube.
calsite j data is fine.
try starting at 5 grs titegroup and working up the bout 8.
makes a good target load.
I've had great luck with their 38/357, 45, and 380 offerings.
Update.........I bought a box of 500 of their .41/215 gr. SWC in .411.I took one bullet from the box and dropped it in a chamber.Wouldn't go thru,so I gave it a little push with a pencil. This wedged it tight enough that I need a dowel rod to knock it out.I thought this was a little strange because my cyclinder throats measure .4107"....so I put the calipers on it.The rear driving band was .411".The center driving band was also .411".The front driving band was .412". These won't even chamber !!!! I sent an E-mail to them and never got an answer.
It goes without saying.....I'm done with them.I didn't need 500 fishing sinkers !!
A friend and I have used their bullets and I like them. He shoots much more than I (IDPA) and we have had no problems. The company is responsive and helpful. I don't plan on buying many more cast bullets but if and when I do I'll contact Missouri Bullet.
I have not tried them personally, but I liked what I read about them. It seems that they alloy their boolits to the pressure level of the cartridge that it will be shot in. Too hard an alloy can cause leading and poor accuracy.

I've used Missouri Bullets since I started reloading about a year ago. I've been using their 230G softball .45acp. Other than the odd different caliber bullet on occassion (about 6-8 in 2,000), I have nothing to complain about. Boxes are always 500+ bullets, Shipping is prompt and inexpensive. They work great in both my series 80 and my High Standard compact. They are soft enough that I get no leading, but I'm only loading them to middle of the road specs, no hot loads. ( 4.7g of HP-38, CCI or Win LPP) mixed headstamps.
If i do my part, at 10-12 yards, rapid fire (with mag changes) I can take the X and 10 rings out of a B-27 target.
That being said, they work great as target loads and they are sub 1-MOB accurate (minute of bad guy)
I'm just about to start casting my own, but I will use them again without any hesitation.
