    30-06 and H. Universal

Hey all I am looking for some load data. I am currently testing some wisper loads using 5gr tite group in my 30-06 with about a 170 gr lead boolit. I have some H. Universal and I know there is some load data in the lyman cast boolit book because I looked at it last time I was at the gun shop. Anyway I don't recall what it is. I thought it was about 11gr-15grs. Could sombody check their book or chime in. Thanks

I have the 3rd. edition of the Lyman Cast Bullet Handbook open in front of me and do not see any listings for H-Universal for the 30-06.

I've recently burned a good deal of Universal Clays in my 30'06 with bullets from a hundred fifty-five grains to two hundred thirty-five grains .

I got real good results with nne point three grains and the NEI 308-173 that Walt sent me years ago . Overal length is 3.065"

I use these at the short range on reduced targets and they work well .
