Well, ubungst means roughly training or practice.
Perhaps it is 5mm?

Found one on Gunbroker that is identical to this. It is described as 4mm Flobert and has a price marked as $99.00.
Run ubungsmunitions 20 and a lot of references will come up.
A vote for anyone other then the conservative candidates is a vote for the liberal candidates.
Ahh, that's helpful. It looks old to me, but I don't really know what commercial German ammo packaging typically looks like.
