    Mom had the reverse replacement and had a faster recovery than I did with my labrum repair.
    You can read all the stuff online, in the magazines and in books and buy into the hypothesis but if you don't actually load up and test them then you know nothing until you do.

    I had complete reverse shoulder replacement Oct 31. I had PT 3 times a week until 3 weeks ago, it's a slow process, but certainly worth it. Doc said no shooting centerfire for 6 months, but I could shoot .22's after 3. I do most of the same PT at home that I did in the PT office. Still very weak and certain movements hurt.
