Looks like one of the .22s I got for the kids years ago.
.
A Stevens 425 - once upon a time, I had one in .35 Remington, but it's long gone (+/- 40 years, now).

A friend had a Stevens 425 High-Power in .35 Remington with an Indian-Head penny inletted into the stock. I looked for years for one in .25 Remington, but only found two, both way, WAY out of my price range.
They're not often found. I've seen maybe five over 40 years. Stevens apparently figured on the bolt actions and semi-automatics with their rimless cartridges being the wave of the future for all rifle actions. Perfectly logical and reasonable at the time, but alas...
Yeah, that one is 35 Rem

Here's mine in 35 Remington, has a 1910 vintage 4 power scope( just a post- no crosshair, and very crisp optics for the day) This would have been a dandy gentleman's Northwoods deer/bear/moose rifle back in the day.
And my son Colton has one in about the same condition in 25 Remington, a great shooter with the 117 grain Hornady round nose J-bullets..
I had one in .25 Remington, and it was an interesting companion to my Standard Arms autoloader in the same caliber. both are now long gone and I don't miss them. Into other things now.
I have only had one in hand. SW Michigan was all Winchester's / Marlin that I remember.

I have a 425 High-Power in 30 Remington. Been in the family since new as best as I can tell. Has an old Stith scope/mounts on it. No idea when those were added.
The only one I've seen was located at the big firearms museum in Cody, Wyoming.
No but only because I never found one when I had the money to buy it. If I had one offered and had the cash I would own one in a heartbeat.

I have my grandfathers deer rifle. A 425 Stevens marked 30-30 Remington. I got some dies and some new brass and have loaded for it. I did manage to lead it up pretty good while I was learning what it liked.
