I have seen where people like to mix their PC colors or sprinkle colors on other colors and then bake. I do PC but I also do a lot of HT and had something turn out interesting looking while not really trying to. I typically do most of my rifle bullets in Bronze 500 but I had a little bit of Black HT mixed and wanted to use it up. I decided to coat some bullets with black as a base coat to use it up. Then I planned on coating with my normal Bronze 500. I ended up doing two coats of black and only needed one more coat (I always do 3). I wasn't sure how the Bronze 500 would coat but I gave it a shot to see how it would look. It turned out kind of a splotchy, almost like tortoise shell look but I like it. They would have looked more like my normal bullets if I did another coat but since 3 is my normal I stopped. I got them gas checked and sized and loaded some of them up in .300 blackout for use in a single shot pistol.
Since they turned out so cool I thought I would share them.
