Trouble with barrel clearing locking block on a poly 80 / Glock 19

I bought a poly 80 kit and the parts from various places. The slide and lower parts are Lone Wolf, barrel is from optics planet house brand and slide from ebay. Everything looks well made with no tool marks, even bluing etc.

Frame was easy. Drilled the holes, cut off the tabs with a sheetrock knife then sanded smooth. Everything went together fine until installation of the slide and barrel. It will not slide completely one the frame. The bottom of the feed ramp is hitting the block and won't clear.

Should I file the flat bottom under the chamber of the top of the block until it clears. I am leery of filing on the barrel as it might mess up the ramp but will try it if I have to.

    Release the trigger.
Pull the trigger and try to slide on.
    Glocks are that way.
When sliding off same thing release the trigger, off it comes.

You might need to fit the barrel to the slide. Sounds like the barrel lug is not clearing the locking block. The barrel is the easiest thing to replace so that’s where I would remove metal.

Yes, it's the barrel lug not clearing the block. I even looked up putting one back together on youtube. Just won't clear. Should I remove it from the bottom of the lug to clear?

There are a couple of spots that need fitted. Here is a good article

That link sent me to a nice rundown of what to do. Got the files and a sharpie out then started in. Took about 2 hours and I tested it with a magazine of 115gr JWords and it had a few hiccups as expected but when I polish the feed ramp and run some rounds through it I should be good.

    Thanks for the help
