A number of years ago N540 was used by some highpower rifle competitors for heavy bullet .223 loads. Some guys swore by it but I found that N140 and N150 worked better for me. I don't compete anymore and don't know if it is still used. I did not keep my load data but suspect that it exceeded recommended loads, so I would probably be reluctant to give it out.
