If you notice powder granuals clinging to the sides of your powder hopper, powder funnel or anything else you must properly discharge it. Plastic tooling and low humidity are always suspect. Your body and all equipment should be at the same electrical potential. That is usually accomplished by grounding everything and wearing an ESD wrist strap.
